These Regulations may be cited as the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.

Subject to paragraph (3) these Regulations shall come into operation on 11th January 2008.

Regulation 31(2) shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
