Naming of follow-on formula16
Follow-on formula may not be sold unless it is sold under the name—
a
in the case of a product which is not manufactured entirely from cows’ milk proteins, the name “follow-on formula”; or
b
in the case of a product which is manufactured entirely from cows’ milk proteins, the name “follow-on milk”.
