Before causing poultry or other birds to be killed under paragraph 11 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the 1981 Order, the Department must give notice of its intention to do so to the occupier of the premises where the birds are kept or to their keeper.

Before causing any mammal to be killed under paragraph 10 of Part I to Schedule 2 of the 1981 Order, the Department must give notice of its intention to do so to the occupier of the premises where the mammal is kept or to its keeper.

Before causing the seizure of any thing under Article 6 of the 1981 Order, the Department must give notice of its intention to do so—
a
to the occupier of the premises where the thing is kept; or
b
to the owner or keeper of the thing.
