Housing or isolation of poultry and other captive birdsI12

The occupier must ensure that poultry and other captive birds are—
a
brought inside a building on the premises; or
b
kept isolated on some other place on the same premises such that they do not have contact with other poultry or other captive birds on other premises (if so directed by an inspector on the basis that housing is impractical or would adversely affect the welfare of the birds to a significant degree).

The occupier must take all reasonable steps to minimise contact with wild birds, in accordance with the instructions of an inspector.
