SCHEDULE 1 N.I. MEASURES WHERE AVIAN INFLUENZA OR AVIAN INFLUENZA VIRUS IS SUSPECTED ON PREMISES

Restrictions on the movement of eggs N.I.

6.  A person shall not move any eggs from the premises except, under the authority of and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted by the Department—

(a) directly to an egg processing plant; or

(b) for disposal.
