The occupier must give all reasonable assistance to an inspector exercising his duties relating to the killing of poultry and other captive birds under paragraph 11 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the 1981 Order or to the seizure of any thing seized under the 1981 Order.

The occupier must take such action as an inspector reasonably requires to reduce the risk of the spread of avian influenza to wild birds.
