The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(5), 9(2), 10(3) and 15(1) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to, the Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 20062:
