Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 2007.

Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19852.

In the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19853 for Schedule 7 substitute—

“SCHEDULE 7FEES FOR VEHICLE LICENCES
Regulations 4A(1), 5(3), 9(2), (3), (5) and (6), and 12(1)
1. Fee payable with initial application for a vehicle licence (see regulation 5(3))
