Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations N.I.

5.  In paragraph 5(5)(a) of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (housing costs) omit “or in the Preparation for Employment Programme for 50 plus”.
