1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Personal Social Services (Joint Committee for Commissioning) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 14 April 2008.
(2) In this Order—
“the Order” means the Health and Personal Social Services (Joint Committee for Commissioning) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (1).
