Subject to article 3, the Guidance on matters to be taken into account in determining questions relating to the definition of disability (ISBN No. 0-337-09436-5) referred to in article 2 of the Disability Discrimination (Guidance and Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) is revoked.
