Appointed day N.I.

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of—

(a) section 36 (directions by Department);

(b) section 45 (loss of benefit for commission of benefit offences); and

(c) paragraphs 2 to 4 of Schedule 5 (minor and consequential amendments) and section 37 in so far as it relates to those paragraphs,

is 1st April 2008.
