The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(2C) and (4)(b) and 36(2) of, and paragraph 8A of Schedule 1 to, the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19951 and now vested in it2.
