Application of provisions of the OrderI125
The following provisions of the Order shall apply for the purposes of these Regulations as they apply for the purposes of the Order—
a
Article 4 (presumption that food is intended for human consumption);
b
Article 30(8) (relating to documentary evidence).

The 2007 Regulations are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

In regulation 2(1) —
a
omit the definition of “the 2006 Regulations”; and
b
after the definition of “sell” insert the following definition —
”the 2008 Regulations” means the Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008
