The Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 38(1), (2), (5) and (6) and 49(4) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability (Northern Ireland) Order 20051, after consultation with such persons as appear to the Department to be appropriate in accordance with Article 39(2) of that Order, makes the following Regulations:
