Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Fish Health (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 23rd April 2008.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
