2.—(1) Article 4 of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(a)(ii), the word “and” shall be deleted.
(3) In paragraph (1)(b), for “interest.” there shall be substituted “interest; and”.
(4) After paragraph 1(b), there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(c)that operation does not involve the recovery or disposal of hazardous waste as defined by regulations 2(1) and 6 of the Hazardous Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(2).”.
