These Regulations provide for the execution and enforcement, of certain provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (OJ No. L299, 16.11.2007, p.1) (“the Council Regulation”).

Each district council in its district shall execute and enforce the Community provisions and these Regulations.
