Revocations

8.  The following Regulations are revoked —

(a) The Milk and Milk Products (Protection of Designations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990(1);

(b) The Spreadable Fats (Marketing Standards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(2);

(c) The Spreadable Fats (Marketing Standards) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(3).
