The principal Regulations are amended as follows.

In regulation 11(1) (duties relating to display energy certificates and advisory reports) for “building” there shall be substituted “buildings”.

In regulation 18 (changes of relevant person) for “4th January 2012” there shall be substituted “4th January 2011”.

In regulation 31(2) (enforcement authorities) the reference to “16(1)” shall be deleted.

In regulation 33(1) (penalty charge notices) the reference to “16(1)” shall be deleted.

In regulation 40(1) (offences relating to enforcement officers) for “regulation 28” there shall be substituted “regulation 32”.
