Any sum that is withheld or otherwise recovered from a practitioner under regulation 26 of and Schedule 5 to the Health and Personal Social Services (General Medical Service Contracts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 M1 will be excluded or deducted from the practitioner's pensionable earnings in such manner and to such extent as the Department may approve.
