CHAPTER 6TRANSFERS

Transfers in

Public sector transfer arrangements232.

This Chapter applies in the case of a transfer to which the public sector transfer arrangements apply as it applies in other cases, except to the extent that—

(a)

any provision in this Chapter provides otherwise, or

(b)

the arrangements themselves make different provision.
