Except as provided in paragraph 4, the weekly premiums specified in Part 3 of this Schedule are, for the purposes of regulations 67(1)(b) and 68(1)(c), to be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in paragraphs 5 to 8 in respect of that premium.
