The total of a claimant’s income or, if the claimant is a member of a family, the family’s income and the income of any person which the claimant is treated as possessing under regulation 83(3) (calculation of income and capital of members of claimant’s family and of a polygamous marriage) to be disregarded under regulations 133(2)(b), 134(1)(c) (calculation of covenant income), 137(1) and (2) (treatment of student loans) and 138(3) (treatment of payments from access funds) and paragraph 16 is in no case to exceed £20 per week.N.I.
