Amendment of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Partners) Regulations N.I.

31.  In regulation 10(4) of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Partners) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) (failure to take part in an interview) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

an income-related employment and support allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 (employment and support allowance);”.
