32. In regulation 2(1) of the Children (Leaving Care) Social Security Benefits Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (entitlement to benefits) for “or income-based jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “, income-based jobseeker’s allowance or income-related employment and support allowance”.
