The Public Health (Ships) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1, with the consent of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs2, so far as they apply to officers of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and after consultation with the Secretary of State, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2A(1) to (4) of the Public Health Act (Northern Ireland) 19673.
