These Rules amend the Magistrates’ Courts (Costs in Criminal Cases) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1988 so as provide that rule 5 refers to an order made under section 2 or 3 of the Costs in Criminal Cases Act (Northern Ireland) 1968.
