Amendment of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations

8.  In regulation 15(5) of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (time for and amount of repayments)—

(a) omit “and” after sub-paragraph (g); and

(b) after sub-paragraph (h) add—

“and

(i) employment and support allowance payable under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007.”.
