Amendment of the Asylum Support Regulations
9. In regulation 4(6)(b) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000(1) (persons excluded from support)—
(a)omit “or” after paragraph (i); and
(b)after paragraph (ii) add—
“or
(iii)income-related employment and support allowance payable under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007.”.
