5.—(1) The Employment and Support Allowance (Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (6).
(2) In regulation 12(11) (amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (f)(ii) in the added sub-paragraph (15) after “in a case where” insert “a claimant, a claimant’s partner or”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (g) in the added head (i) omit “2(2) or (3) or”.
(3) In regulation 16(3)(b) (amendment of the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations) in the inserted sub-paragraph (ad) for “paragraphs 5 to 8” substitute “paragraphs 5 to 7”.
(4) In regulation 19(25)(f)(ii) (amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations) in the added head (i) omit “2(2) or (3) or”.
(5) In regulation 30(8)(e) (amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations) in the added head (g) omit “2(2) or (3) or”.
(6) In Schedule 2 (revocations) omit the entry relating to the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1).
