Movement of carcases to undesignated premisesI17

Subject to paragraph (2) a person shall not move or cause to be moved the carcase of—
a
a restricted animal, or
b
any restricted poultry to any premises or establishment unless that premises is designated.

The prohibition in paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to any movement licensed by the Department.
