In regulation 7 (Decisions and grounds for refusal and deferral)—
a
in paragraph 4, second line, for “the second” substitute “a”;
b
in sub-paragraph 4(a), “for the first condition of disqualification (if the applicant were included in the list),or the second” substitute “a”;
c
in sub-paragraphs 4(b) and (c), for “the first condition for disqualification (if the applicant were included in the list) or second” substitute “a”.
