I, The Right Honourable Sir Brian Kerr, Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of, and paragraph 5 of the Schedule to, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 19431 and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby make the following Rules:
