Powers of British sea-fishery officers to seize fish and fishing gear7.

A British sea-fishery officer may seize—

(a)

any fish, (including any receptacle which contains the fish), in respect of which he has reasonable grounds to suspect that a relevant offence has been committed; and

(b)

any fishing gear which he has reasonable grounds to suspect has been used in the commission of a relevant offence.
