The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(a), 73(3) and (4) and 165(1), (4) and (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and now vested in it2.
The Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it3.
