Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and come into operation on 31st March 2008.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the principal Regulations” means the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Northern Ireland) 2005(1).
(3) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
