8.  In paragraph 6(b) of Schedule 8 (membership of the Dental Committee) to the Health and Personal Social Services General Dental Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) substitute—

“(b) is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order.”.
