Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Age-related Payments) Regulations
10. In regulation 10 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Age-related Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (penalties) for “the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority may” substitute “the Pensions Regulator may by notice in writing”.
