2. In regulation 27B of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation of Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991(1) (offence and penalties) for “the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority may” substitute “the Pensions Regulator(2) may by notice in writing”.
