PART 1INTRODUCTION

Citation and commencement1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Aquatic Animal Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into operation on 27^th March 2009.

(2)

Regulations 6(1) and 13(1) shall come into operation on 1^st August 2009.
