COUNTY COURTS
These Rules amend the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981 [S.R. 1981 No. 225] to make provision for procedures under the European small claims procedure under Regulation (EC) No 861/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 establishing a European small claims procedure.

In Appendix 1 to the principal Rules, after Form 125, insert the new Form 126 set out in Schedule 2.
