An application for grant under these Regulations shall be made to the administering agency or appropriate network installer.

An application shall be made in writing, signed either by the applicant or by a person specified, or by a person of a description specified by the administering agency and shall without prejudice to paragraph (3) contain such particulars as the administering agency may reasonably require.

F1An application qualifying under regulation 4(1) or 4(2) shall contain —

a

particulars of the dwelling in respect of which the grant is sought;

b

a statement of the criteria of eligibility as set out in regulation 5 which are fulfilled by the applicant; and

c

a statement that reasonable access to the dwelling in respect of which an application is made will be given to the administering agency or its network installers.

F24

An application qualifying under regulation 4(2)(g) shall contain:—

a

a quotation for the works;

b

proof of age of the existing boiler; and

c

a building control certificate.
