29.[F1(1) An accountable officer (P), other than the accountable officer nominated or appointed by the Regional Board, shall give, on a quarterly basis (or more frequently if there have been concerns that warrant it and the accountable officer of the Regional Board has made a request of P), an occurrence report to the accountable officer for the Regional Board.]

(2) The occurrence report may contain the following information—

(a)details of any concerns that his designated body has regarding its management or use of controlled drugs; or

(b)confirmation by his designated body that it has no concerns to report regarding its management or use of controlled drugs.

(3) Nothing in this regulation requires or permits any disclosure of information which is prohibited by or under any other [F2statutory provision] [F3or the [F4UK GDPR]].

[F5(4) In determining for the purposes of paragraph (3) whether disclosure is prohibited, it is to be assumed for the purposes of paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 2 to the Data Protection Act 2018 and paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 11 to that Act (exemptions from certain provisions of the data protection legislation: disclosures required by law) that the disclosure is required by this regulation.]
