The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(5) of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964(1) and section 18 of the Administration and Financial Provisions Act 1962(2), and now vested in it (3)makes the following Order:
