The Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 19(1)(b) and (c) and 27(1) and (2) of the Safety of Sports Grounds (Northern Ireland) Order 20061, makes the following Regulations after consultation with such persons or bodies as appeared to it appropriate:
