There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, Section 12.
12. Notwithstanding the revocation of regulation 113 (application of abatement policy in individual cases) of the 2002 Regulations, paragraph (4) of that regulation shall continue to apply to a person who was a member for the Local Government Pension Scheme constituted under the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) immediately before [F21st February 2003] .]
