Application of abatement policy in individual cases N.I.

12.  Notwithstanding the revocation of regulation 113 (application of abatement policy in individual cases) of the 2002 Regulations, paragraph (4) of that regulation shall continue to apply to a person who was a member for the Local Government Pension Scheme constituted under the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) immediately before 1st August 2000.
