CHAPTER 4 N.I. GRANTS FOR DEPENDANTS

General N.I.

44.—(1) The grant for dependants consists of the following elements—

(a) adult dependants’ grant;

(b) childcare grant;

(c) parents’ learning allowance.

(2) The qualifying conditions for each element and the amounts payable are set out in regulations 46 to 49.

I1 Reg. 44 in operation at 12.3.2009 with application in accordance with reg. 1(4)
