Workers, employed persons, self-employed persons and their family members

7.

A person who—

(a)

is ordinarily resident in Northern Ireland on the first day of the first academic year of the course;

(b)

has been ordinarily resident in the territory comprising the European Economic Area and Switzerland throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course; and

(c)

is entitled to support by virtue of Article 12 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1612/68 on the freedom of movement of workers73, as extended by the EEA Agreement.
